Cancellation conditions individual hotel reservations
- In case of a cancellation more than 2 weeks before the arrival date, the guest can cancel free of charge, without giving any reason.
- If cancelled less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay 50% of the first night to the hotel.
- If cancelled less than 7 days but more than 3 days before arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the first night to the hotel.
- If cancelled less than 3 days before arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay 50% of the entire stay, with a minimum of 1 overnight stay.
- Changing your reservation after check-in means the guest must pay 100% of the entire stay.
- In case of a no show, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of their full stay to the hotel.
- Reservations with Non-Refundable rates are not able to be changed or cancelled.
Cancellation conditions group bookings, events & meetings
- In case that you are forced to cancel this reservation, you can do this free of charge up to 6 months before the reserved event.
- Between 3 and 6 months before the reserved event you pay 20% of the total amount.
- Between 1 and 3 months before the reserved event you pay 40% of the total amount.
- Within 1 month before the reserved event you pay 60% of the total amount.
- Between 7 and 14 days before the reserved event, you pay 80% of the total amount.
- If you cancel 7 days or less before the reserved event, you must pay the full total amount of 100%.
